1: Select 'Tools' --> 'Internet Options' from the IE menu.

Aonix Patch Acquisition Policy

Patches can be downloaded either by clicking the appropriate link in your web browser, or by using standard anonymous ftp.

Patches are password protected, and can be downloaded as described above by users who are able to provide the current password when prompted. (Note that in order to get a password protected patch via standard ftp, it is necessary to use perc-patches as the user account for the login rather than logging in as anonymous.)

The current password can be obtained from the support office in your country. Customers who are under a current maintenance contract and can provide a valid customer number will be issued the current password at no charge. Customers who are not covered by a current maintenance/support contract will be charged a nominal fee for the password.
