Debugger corrections for 7.1.2a

Update to version 7.1.2a debugger which corrects following problems:

(1) Task list shows an "extra" task.
(2) Applications that contain machine traps, such as divide-by-zero, are now handled properly.

Note. These last two problems apply to both the Native (1102) and Cross ETS (1700) compilers, you should install this patch irrespective of which compiler you have installed.

This patch should only be installed to an existing 7.1.2a installation. It will not work with 7.1.1 or 7.1.2.
